Hi, thank you so much for the detailed inspection. Yes indeed all of the bugs you noticed are acknowledged but due to the time constraint of the Jam, I was not fix them in time. Probably I will polish them more post-jam!

For the cut off, some other games within this jam have this issue as well, probably because we have not use Bevy correctly or there is a bug in the engine itself.

One final notes is that i did really one to have a "Tutorial Screen" to guide player how to use substances to create antidotes, when to buff the cell strengths in sacrifice for being "Healthy", and when to lower the infection level of your cells, without gaining any strengths.

If you try playing the game a few times, use as much Sweet as possible, ther will be 70% chance your cell will be "fully infected", some may become Red and start attacking Good Cells (just like bad cells at the start of each wave). However, because the feats were not well-polished, I think the game has not fully expressed the idea :D.

One final note is that the Fully Infection happens when a cell's infection > its immunity.

Thanks again!

Very cool gameplay idea, one feedback is that I think there should be more lights, some corner during my travelling seems a bit dark :D

Btw, Merry Xmas!

Thanks for your feedbacks, it seems that most people will stuck at around wave 3 - 4 due to uncaught bugs. Probably will make some improvements post-jam!

So fun and polished game, I really hope you can reach top 10 with this one! Cheers!

Thanks a lot! The stucking you encountered probably related to a bug that red cells failed to seek nearby opponents, lol

Thanks, the level 1 is a bit too easy right? XD. I forgot to add the limited step per turn, but yeah will release the improvement soon! Rated for your game, best of luck!!

Thanks a lot, I will post back here when the polished version come out. Looking forward to hearing from your feedbacks!!

Yeah, I am working to improve the AI and limiting the step per turns right now. Thanks a lot for your feedback, remember to get back here post-GameJam to try the updated version of Hey You!!

I have rated your game, the game music is a bit obsessive (but in a positive way, lol XD). Fun game btw!!!

(1 edit)

Thanks a lot for you feedbacks! I feel it still be unpolished but decided to submit eventually. And yeah, because of the time constraint, I will surely improve the game post-GameJame, probably with limited step player can take per turn, and hide the thief completely later. Make sure to check it again soon and give me more feedbacks.

Btw, I have voted your game, really cool one to be honest, and hope that it can gain more recognition!
